This is an easy salad for the 4th that doesn't even require a dressing!
1 ear of sweet corn, uncooked, removed from cob
1 heirloom tomato (I like Black Krim), cubed
1/2 avovado, diced
1/2 hot pepper, chopped
Just mix it all together. If your tomatoes aren't making enough sauce just add some salt to them and they'll start to bleed.
